INITIAL MEETING / CONSULTATION WITH THE DESIGNER

1. Consultation:
Complete our questionnaire form or simply call for your free consultation.
From there we will meet at your home or site you wish to enhance.
While walking the site we can discuss your goals and go over your wants & needs.
This is also where we encourage you to ask questions.
Landscape projects can take time, so establishing trust and building a relationship with your designer is a must.
At this time our team will share an estimate of the design cost with you.
2. Site Planning:
Once you have agreed to move ahead with us and paid a design fee.
We will get to work gathering all the necessary information. This includes taking measurements, pictures and inventory of your property. This site plan will show the function & layout for your final plan.
3. Design Phase:
After collaborative meetings with your designer going over the function and layout. Discussing all of the legalities as far as city codes & restrictions that may apply. This process could take 2 weeks to complete depending on the details.
We begin to finalize construction drawings and create a detailed cost estimate. This will layout all material to be installed.
4. Signing Your Contract & Paying A Deposit:
Before we begin construction on your project, a signed copy of your contract and a deposit is required.
This is when all the detailed planning pays off.
5. Construction Begins:
You are now on schedule and your start date is set. You will have a chance to meet your Project Manager who will oversee your project. He can also assist with any questions involving the installation process.
